I have a 58 reg 1600TDCI TITanium. It has the silly big wheels as stock.
Does anyone know if 13" wheels would fit?? (Stop laughing).
I have a set of 13" winter tyres on Vauxhall wheels, but these wont fit a Ford. SO, if a 13" wheel would clear the calipers, then I could pick up some steel wheels cheap and make use of the winter tyres.
Ta in advance.
You can carry on laughing now...
2009 Fiesta 1600 tdci TITanium. 65.64mpg so far
Couple of motorbikes. Sod the MPG, they're faster and more fun than cars
I know a 14" will fit as my spare is a 14" wheel. By silly big wheels, I mean the OE wheels, which are IIRC 16".
The reason for this is so I can fit the winter tyres. I haven't needed them before because I used to drive a Land Rover Defender and it was pretty much unstoppable. The fiesta is not really up to off roading....
No, I wasn't stuck in the above photo's. I think the Festa would have struggled somewhat

I have winter wheels and tyres and use 15" steel wheels, 195/50/15 is a good size as it's easily available. I am selling them so let me know if you're interested
