And as for £300 per set? I'd only change the fronts.
You will need to be very careful braking if you only change the fronts - if you are not braking dead straight and the rears have no grip the back of the car can spin round taking you totally out of control!

Trouble is the rims i've got need 195/45 16's which is a fairly unusual size, could go to 205/45 16 and the price drops but the aspect ratio is then out which affects the speedo. Had a look at the new shape fez the other day and noticed they're on 195/50 16 so may look at getting some of them
