Mk 7 upper front grille removal

Mk 7 upper front grille removal

Can anyone give me advice or a guide as to how to remove the upper front grill (the one with the ford badge) from the front bumper?

Tried using a flat screwdriver to unclips the catches on the underside of the grille but the thing is not for coming off.
